Hexbase was engaged by Centennial Property Group to deliver a complete Design & Construct solution for a 1,000 sqm commercial office floor.
The project scope included the full journey from space planning through to construction completion, with our team also assisting the incoming tenant with their relocation and move-in. The tenancy was strategically split into two high-quality spec suites, complemented by an upgrade to the common areas to elevate the overall experience for occupants and visitors.
