Engaged directly by the landlord, our role was to prepare and refurbish the property to secure a new 10-year lease. The works package included ceiling upgrades, new amenities, industrial-grade flooring, plumbing works, line marking, external repairs, and a comprehensive refresh to ensure the facility was both functional and market-ready.

In addition to construction delivery, Hexbase also supported the marketing campaign by producing high-quality in-house renders and promotional material.
